You won't have to work long hours or drive far. Most of our work is in the Colorado Springs metro area, so there will be minimal travel.

And, we only schedule jobs Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.

No chasing new business or payment.

This position involves small projects (e.g., install a new faucet or light) up to large bathroom remodeling projects.

Responsibilities of the Handyman - Here are the main things you'll be doing :

• Arriving on-time
• Replacing faucets and lights, repairing / replacing trim, installing LVP flooring, painting, etc.
• Flexible to do a different type of project everyday
• Focused on serving and wowing the homeowner
• Thoroughly cleaning our work area
• Updating our field service management app

Skills Needed - If you can check off the below list, then you'll have the expertise needed to fulfill this role :

• Replacing a faucet
• Replacing a ceiling light fixture
• Installing LVP flooring
• Installing baseboards and trim
• Installing a pre-hung interior door
• Tiling a shower
• Hanging three pictures level and equally spaced
• Painting an interior wall
• Remodeling a bath

What You Will Need - You should already have the below equipment :

• Basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, 5-in-1, hammer, level, flashlight, GFI receptacle tester, and speed square
• Cordless drill, driver, and oscillating tool
• Circular saw
• Your own vehicle to drive to job sites
